The John F Kennedy Presidential Library Boston was created under the name of the 35th president, John F. Kennedy. The progress on the building began construction shortly after the 35th president was assassinated. Money poured in as a pledge to make this library dream become a reality.

The pledges reached millions of dollars and this beautiful infrastructure later had been built. The architect chosen for its construction was architect I.M. Pei. On October 20th of the year 1979, the ceremony for the dedication was held for the President whose life and works were cut short by a horrifying tragedy.

The John F Kennedy Presidential Library Boston is not just a library but it is also a museum. On its first floor, you will find a museum of Kennedy’s family photographs and political memorabilia.
